Refund policy

ARTISANS’ provides as much information as possible, so you can be confident of your purchases. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition according to the order placed.
All sales are final and cannot be returned. Please check all the details thoroughly before purchasing any product.(Please read our ‘Return Policy’ below).

Exchange of Defective Goods
A product is only eligible for return and exchange if a defective product has been received. Our products are made by hand, and small imperfections; differences in shape, size and colour are part of the charm of a handmade product. This is what make our products unique and irregularities should not be seen as a defect.

• ARTISANS’ may substitute or replace defective goods at our discretion (see Shipping below for goods damaged in shipping).

• Please email coordinator@artisanscentre.com within 24 hours of receiving a defective product, with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and a good quality image of the defective item.
• We will get back to you with your ‘Return Authorization Number’ within 5 working days of receiving your request email with pictures.
• Once Return Authorization is received, customers are responsible for shipping costs back to ARTISANS’
• For exchange of defective goods, we will pay the shipping costs of sending the replacement goods from ARTISANS’ to the customer.
