This elegant recycled plastic spectacle case is skilfully handwoven by Rajiben Vankar, an artisan-entrepreneur from Kutch, Gujarat. 70 single-use plastic bags are woven into every meter of hand-woven sheets. The long-drawn process of collecting plastic waste, cleaning, cutting and weaving plastic, once a family effort, now supports 15 women artisans.
