The Parchessi square scarf is based on the geometric layout of the ancient Indian board game of Parcheesi, popularly called Ludo. The cross-shaped play space, meets at the centre. This piece overlays old blocks of basic stripes that are manipulated to create depth. This wrap takes about 8-10 hours to make and owing to its complexity, is executed by one craftsman from start to finish.
